Mechanical Engineer specialized in welded structures and industrial quality, with over 15 years of experience in inspection, supervision, and technical project management. I operate in complex environments—such as nuclear, offshore, and heavy industry—where I implement practical solutions to improve manufacturing processes, strengthen regulatory compliance, and enhance overall performance.     Supervision of : Fives Nordon - ACPP - VAT - VG Scienta - COMEX - Leybolds
    Vacuum - PCI
    Supervision of the installation of piping, skids and valves:
    Aluminum vacuum piping 2" to 6" - Pumps - UF6 valves
    Welding processes: GTAW-A Orbital
    NDT: VT - UT / Helium leak test

    • Supervise subcontractors in charge of assembly work
    • Lead site meetings and draft reports
    • Ensure compliance with Technical Specifications
    • Ensure strict application of HSE rules on site (safety inspections)
    • Identify, formalize and participate in the resolution of non-conformities (FSS)
    • Check work quality (FVC)
    • Check compliance with specifications and standards (STD)
    • Contribute to planning and daily monitoring of deviations
    • Manage on-site interference
    • Ensure compliance with deadlines, milestones and stopping points defined in the schedule.
    • Supervise site withdrawal at the end of work and site restoration.
    • Interface with customer's operational teams
    • Validate suppliers' physical progress
    • Monitor completion of FME - FAD and DI.
    • Pre-acceptance of work, preparing acceptance reports with each company
    • Draw up lists of reservations and tests
    • Write the surveillance report and the EXS follow-up with the RCE
    • Write the REX feedback report with the RCE.
    • Transfer installations to testing.
